Placing Your Order + Payment
First-time and reorder minimum: $260
We request that orders are submitted in full case packs (12 per case). Mixed cases are welcome, but there is a minimum of 3 per scent.
We offer 50% off our retail pricing. Payment must be made by credit card prior to shipment. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.
Orders ship within 7-10 business days. Please inquire about orders of more than $500 as we may need more time to produce larger quantities!
Candle Shipping + Deliveries
We ship wholesale orders via fixed-rate USPS priority mail. A tracking number is provided upon shipping confirmation. Artumie Candle Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered — please take precautions to make sure your orders are delivered to you safely!
If you are local to the Chicago area and would like to schedule a pickup, let us know prior to placing your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a time to pick up.
If you are not local to Chicago, we can provide free scent samples. Simply let us know your shipping address and we'll send along!
All returns must be requested and approved. Requests can be made via email or phone. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise at email@example.com. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase based on the value of the candles at your time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable :)
To align with the simple, apothecary style of our design, our candles do not come with extra packaging.
We make all of our candles in Logan Square, Chicago. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to get back to you within a couple business days. We're also open to custom collaborations for events, weddings, etc!
